I had a RESTFUL stay, with location down the river. It had a lovely and absolutely perfect setting just next door to park and local shop, bus stop and local shop. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a refrigerator, central heating, and an iron in the room.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest accommodation in Lincoln. The location was perfect, with a park and local shop within walking distance. The Annex was much larger than I expected, and the skylight windows in every room added a beautiful touch. The apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation. The hosts were attentive and the extra touches like tea, coffee, and milk made a difference. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire place was spotlessly clean.
The only slight concern I had was that the entrance to the drive was quite narrow, requiring careful maneuvering.

This place was a hidden gem! The self-contained annex was spotlessly clean and had a fresh feel to it. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved having a well-appointed kitchen for my stay. The location was great - close enough to the town for shopping and exploring, but nestled in a quiet residential area. The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided comprehensive communication. I also appreciated the bonus of having Netflix to relax with after a busy day. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area.
The only downside was a small shower leak, but I'm sure the host will address that soon. I couldn't find any faults with this place.

Free WiFi, garden views, and free private parking. As exciting as watching the grass grow with a side of slow internet.
Oh, just the joy of slow internet and the thrill of watching grass grow. Such a delightful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Priory Annex Guest Accommodation. Jim, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early without any extra cost. the Annexe itself was in great condition, well-equipped, and maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the space, and the skylight windows in every room added a beautiful touch. the location was fantastic, with a park and local shop within walking distance. It was also a lovely walk to the city either via the river route or the main road.
Hard to think of anything 🤔

The kitchen in this apartment was like a hidden treasure chest. Just like finding buried treasure, I had to search for the freezer and, voila, it was in the porch! What a delightful surprise! Everything else about the accommodation was absolutely lovely.
Freezer location unclear.

I got great value for my money at the Annex - the room was clean and fresh, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city and in a quiet residential area. The host, Jim, was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The morning meal could have been better with a small vanity unit for getting ready and a slipmatt and shower caddy in the shower.
