I spent 2 nights here and felt very welcome. I liked that a hair dryer and bath sheets were provided.- The accommodation was located in a wonderful area, very close to a local shop, park, and bus stop.

I had a RESTFUL stay, with location down the river. It had a lovely and absolutely perfect setting just next door to park and local shop, bus stop and local shop. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a refrigerator, central heating, and an iron in the room.

Holiday base for travelling to Lincoln and sightseeing. Excellent value, no complaints.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest accommodation in Lincoln. The location was perfect, with a park and local shop within walking distance. The Annex was much larger than I expected, and the skylight windows in every room added a beautiful touch. The apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation. The hosts were attentive and the extra touches like tea, coffee, and milk made a difference. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire place was spotlessly clean.

The only slight concern I had was that the entrance to the drive was quite narrow, requiring careful maneuvering.

I had an amazing stay here. The hotel was so clean and tidy, and it had everything I needed. The fridge freezer and hairdryer were a plus. The staff was incredibly friendly, letting me know I could ask for anything but also giving me space. The location was fantastic as well, with a beautiful park and a local shop within walking distance. The annex was larger than I expected and had lovely skylight windows in every room. The kitchen in this apartment was like a hidden treasure chest. Just like finding buried treasure, I had to search for the freezer and, voila, it was in the porch! What a delightful surprise! Everything else about the accommodation was absolutely lovely.

I got great value for my money at the Annex - the room was clean and fresh, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city and in a quiet residential area. The host, Jim, was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

The morning meal could have been better with a small vanity unit for getting ready and a slipmatt and shower caddy in the shower.
